“The Punishment we suffer, if we refuse to take an interest in matter of government, is to live under the government of worse men”~Plato.
A lots have been propagated by some men in their psychological megalomania that Ayoade Adeseun, the man saddled with the responsibility of representing the good people of Oyo Central Senatorial District at the Green Bowl of National Assembly, Abuja, has been carrying out the duty with reckless abandonment. Some had tagged him a Senator amazing wealth for unknown mission. To some, Adeseun’s performance as a Senator is insignificant.
To people outside Oyo, Adeseun has been representing his people amidst contradiction and paradox of power.
However, as Federich Hegel says, not all that is real is rational and not all that is rational is real. Now, below is what is real and also rational as regards the Congressman Adeseun;
The durbar stadium in Oyo was filled to the brim with thousands of supporters of Senator Ayo Adeseun, a Senator representing Oyo central senatorial district and Chairman, Senate Committee on Capital Market on Wednesday 12th March as he empowered his party faithful and his core loyalists who ensured his victory at the 2011 polls with materials and cash worth N120million.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of the occasion; Dr. Omololu Olunloyo described Adeseun as one of the few politicians that are dependable despite the rot in the system. Oluloyo, a former Governor of Oyo State affirmed that the former Member of the House of Representatives is a man of his words and a lover of peace and tranquility.
Also, the Alaafin of Oyo; His Imperial Majesty, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi 111 tagged Adeseun a trustworthy political Titan, saying his humility, benevolence and listening attitude is second to none. Alaafin said Adeseun is a Man who keeps to his promises and that the entire Oyo people has no iota of regret for sending him to National Assembly.
While speaking at the memorable event, the Man of the moment, Senator Ayo Adeseun said “we can’t but thank our people for the massive support they gave us in 2011; they stood solidly behind us; I am where I am today because of you; you are my pillar in politics. We have done developmental projects across the senatorial district for the benefit of all and sundry, so now is the time to reward those who ensure our victory. Nothing is too big to appreciate your consistent support. This is just the beginning and I can promise you, we have not started.”~the former Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriation, said amidst thunderous clapping from his supporters.
Two of those that were given cars, Rafiu Alimi and Kayode Oloyede from Akinyele and Lagelu Local govt thanked Senator Adeseun for his goodwill. In all, 45 cars were distributed to individuals, 15space buses donated smooth running of the party in Oyo Central Senatorial District, 200 motorcycles, 200 grinding machines, 200 deep freezers, 200sewing machines, and 200 generators.
Also distributed by Adeseun were 200 GSM Umbrellas, One thousand students were paid N10,000 as bursary award while numerous traders and skillfully trained women smiled home with cash ranging from N20,000 to N50,000.
In total, over 7, 000 people cutting across Oluyole, Ona Ara, Egbeda, Lagelu, Akinyele, Oyo East and West, Atiba, Afijio, Ogo Oluwa and Surulere local Government Areas of Oyo State benefited from the empowerment scheme.
Furthermore, Adeseun, a Man that doesn’t take no for an answer has used his influence as a Senator to facilitate many projects to his senatorial district and Oyo State in genera. Few of the projects Innovator, as Adeseun is fondly called by his Admirers, has facilitated to Oyo are as follows:

Consequently and conclusively, I wish to opine without any form of humbug that Adeseun has shown that he is able and capable. I state without being hypocritical that Adeseun’s feats on human capital development is a never-seen-before! I have been covering sponsored empowerment events but that of Adeseun was full of wonders and surprise.
Lives on Adeseun!
